Sekumpul Waterfall Bali

Sekumpul waterfall is one of natural tourist attraction located in Sekumpul village, Sawan Sub-district, Buleleng Regency, Bali. Around 76 km from Denpasar Airport and around 20 km from Singaraja Town. If you drive by car, the distance is around 2.5 – 3 hours from Denpasar airport and around 30 minutes from Singaraja city.

One of popular natural tourist attraction in northern Bali, offers the beauty of natural waterfall whose height reaches 100 meters. This waterfall can be seen from a distance of 300 meters, at once you can see the beauty of rice terraces and green hill.

From the car parking area you have to work for 15 minutes past the towering clove and Durian plantations. After that you can see the beauty of the waterfall from a distance 300 meters before arriving at location. You will need extra energy going down the stair along 300 meters, then crossing rivers and bridges if you want to see the waterfall more closely.

As the name implies, Sekumpul waterfall consist of a collection of waterfalls that reach 7 waterfalls. Foreign tourist call it seven point waterfall, whereas the locals call it Air Terjun Pemuatan. Of the seven waterfalls only 2 are located close each together, while others you need extra energy to get to the location.

If you come in the rainy season, the waterfall on the left is clear because it comes from mountain springs. While the right side of the water is murky because it comes from a river.

Opening Hours

Sekumpul waterfall open every day from 08:00 – 17:00, entrance fee at IDR 20.000/ person. Car parking fee at IDR 5.000/car. If you never been there, we suggest renting a car including a driver. The road to the location is quite small, the road up and down and many turn. The cost for car rental + driver at IDR 700.000/car including petrol, driver, private car and maximum 5 persons.
